What can I say about Lindsey & Fabien's wedding except that it was possibly the most stylish celebration I've had the honour of attending! I always knew it would be though, from the moment Lindsey booked me and mentioned she works as an interior designer, and that the wedding was being held at Hopewood Country House, a French provincial mansion in Bowral NSW, I was counting down the days.

Add to all this a couple that are truly meant to be, a beautiful little daughter called Elodie, a wedding dress from the heavens and you have one fabulous day.

My instructions for Kellie & Steven's wedding was to forget everything I would normally do for a wedding and shoot things as I see them. No posing, no setups. Just real emotion, real photography. I'm normally very ordered and detailed - and Kellie being from Sydney, I hadn't even met her until an hour before the ceremony! Any doubts I had melted the moment I met her though, instantly I could see this was a ceremony all about them. Not about the 'things', not about the flowers, the dress, the shoes... well, maybe a little about the shoes. They were fabulous!

Kellie & Steven's wedding was an absolute joy to photograph, their ceremony was filled with emotion, and the room with lots of love. And their 7 month old daughter Ruby was definitely the star of the show...

Their ceremony and reception was held in the Penthouse suite at Quay West in Brisbane's CBD overlooking the Botanic Gardens

10 years, 2 people in love, one baby and a whole lot of fun. Kate summed up their union when she said 'I don't just love Steven, I really, really like him'. Steven echoed Kate's feelings as he recited a poem he'd written for Kate, it said simply: 'My wife. My life.' Their days are filled with laughter shared with their 20 month old baby girl Allegra, and they are blessed to have an amazing bunch of friends and family who had the most beautiful things to say about the little family.

Katie Kolenberg came up from Canberra to second shoot for me, (thanks so much Katie!) we ended up staying longer than we'd anticipated simply because we were having so much fun! I was truly an honour to be a part of Steven & Kate's renewals, I wish them all the happiness in the world for the next 10 years and beyond.

I've just flown back from Sydney where I was photographing the most beautiful vow renewals. Here's a very small sneak peek of the images to come from this most gorgeous of days...

It's been a while between posts I know! I've been so busy with Little Posers setting up a new studio on Oxford St in Bulimba, it was lovely to get away to Melbourne again with Kristen Cook and assist with James and Sheila's wedding.
And it was such a beautiful and intimate wedding, held at The Langham in Southbank, with 38 close family members, amazing food and perfect weather.

So when my very good friend Kristen Cook asked me if I'd like to join her in the Melbourne countryside to photograph the gorgeous wedding of Simon & Cherie I immediately said yes. Simon & Cherie's wedding was beautiful, heartfelt and so full of love and the location (Simon's family property) was the perfect backdrop for their first images as husband and wife. I have so many sweet little shots of Lauren and her bridesmaids getting ready on the day of her wedding so thought a blog post just for the girls would be fun to start with. Lauren was a seriously relaxed bride so it was such a lovely way to spend the morning with a house full of girls all excited about the afternoon ahead.

Check out the gorgeous details, the bottle of perfume was given to Lauren by her girlfriends the night before, her fabulous dress, designed by Ervan Woo.

I'm still on location on the Mid North Coast of NSW so this is a really quick little preview of Scott & Lauren's wedding which was held on Saturday here at Crowdy Head. I promise I'll be blogging so many cute shots from this wedding in the next week so stay tuned!

Some serious gorgeousness arrived at the studio today! The first wedding and matching mini parent album to come through the doors and they are divine. This is the base album with a full image wrap cover and black linen slip case with embossing. Each image is displayed by itself on the page for maximum impact with a combination of full bleed and stand alone images because each one of your images deserves center stage don't you agree?
